1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items such as sale products, accessories, innerwear, or custom-stitched garments are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@anayafashionhub.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange for size or color issues (subject to availability).
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The item must meet the same conditions as the return policy (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
If the desired product is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or a refund as per your preference.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
COD Orders: Refund will be made to your provided bank account or UPI ID within 7–10 business days of approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products purchased during sales or discounts
Customized or stitched garments
Accessories and innerwear
Items damaged due to customer misuse
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
